Usage:

1. Clean nostril and close your lips, the clip of A side is vertically placed in the tip of the nose

2. Then the clip of B side slowly placed in the inner side of the nose, until the inside of the nose tip.

3. It is best to use the two fingertips gently pinch the tip of the nose to fix the clip of A side.

4. If you remove it, you can use the adjuster gently close to the inside of the nose hook pull the clip of A side out.
