Application and Removal:
Ensure the nose area is clean and dry.Avoid cosmetic products prior to adhesion. Remove both parts of the strip backing and apply directly to your nose in the correct area.Use the nose picture adjacent for guidance.To help with alignment use a mirror.Once in place,push firmly onto the skin.This ensures that it will stay on the throughout the whole nigh or through the exercise session.To remove,peel one side of the strip off the skin until the whole nasal strips has been removed.For easier removal,soak the nasal strips with water first.
