HOW TO WEAR
Holding position----with two hands ,hold the dilator by the wider ends with the narrow ends facing you and the connector facing down.
Insert----tilting the dilator ,place the narrow ends of the dilator into your nasal passage.
Fasten----using your thumbs ,push the wider ends into your nostrils. At the same time ,fasten the connector to your nasal septum.
Position rings-----using your title fingers ,gently push the wider ends further into your nasal passage until the rings support the walls of your nostrils .Adjust the depth of the wide ends, typically not too far up,until you nose passage is effectively dilated.
Done----you are ready to breathe easy.
Note on tightness-----if the connector is too tight for comfort ,please remove the dilator and gently pull both sides apart to stretch and loosen it.

How To Remove
Push---- to avoid pain during removal ,do not pull the rings directly out of your nostrils after use. Using your title fingers push the outer rings of the frame farther up into your nasal passage so they no longer support the walls of your nostrils.
Pull----using you thumb and index finger ,hold the soft connector ( not the hard connector ) and pull the rings out of your nostrils.
